45 Armchair by Alvar Aalto for Artek. Originally designed in 1947, 45 Armchair has been re-introduced to suit the contemporary needs of today. Seat and armrest height have been raised and the seat angle has been decreased to allow 45 Armchair to fit under dining tables as well as being suitable as a lounge chair. Made from solid and veneer Finish birch and featuring an open back means 45 Armchair is lightweight and transportable. Here 45 Armchair is available with a walnut stained frame and natural white webbing with bare armrests.
