68 Chair by Alvar Aalto for Artek. Originally designed in 1935 the 68 Chair is made up of three separate solid birch pieces with one being a curved rail to support the back. Chair 68 is a stackable chair (up to 4 pieces) and was designed with simplicity and longevity in mind. The circular seat offers a generous circumference to ensure comfort. Available in all white or black lacquer or natural lacquer with a black linoleum seat or white HPL seat. There is also the option to have the seat upholstered – please contact the store.
